SMAI Resistance Tube Trainer: Versatile, portable, perfect for strength and speed.

The SMAI Resistance Tube Trainer is a full system kit for resistance training in any gym or home. Resistance tubes, also known as power tubes, can be used in an unlimited range of exercises and training. Train for strength in fitness programs, speed and power in boxing and martial arts programs. 

Use the bands to provide additional resistance in fitness & strength training, karate & martial arts, or Boxing & MMA. Alternatively, use in an assistance capacity, to support body weight or reduce the load of weight for incremental strength training. 

Train anywhere you want, with the included door stop attachment to provide a stable fitting point anywhere you have a room door. 

Pair two tubes together for an additional challenge, greatly increasing the resistance levels available.

Important Safety Notes: When used on an abrasive surface the bands can deteriorate quickly and snap. Bands should be inspected regularly for any visible wear and tear. In case of visible damage, please remove from use and replace immediately.
When using the door stop anchor, ensure the anchor plug is on the INSIDE (hinge visible side) of the door. Use of door anchor incorrectly may damage your door. 
Bands are recommended to be used at a max. of 100% stretch (e.g. 100cm band should only be stretched to 200cm). Stretching beyond this limit is dangerous and not recommended.
