With front and rear handle bars, plus the anchor points to fit harnesses or climbing ropes, the SMAI Sled is a practical piece of equipment to vary up your exercises and target different muscle groups. To keep things practical, the body is fitted with risers so that the weights can be easily removed from the stack.
